Blog post #4

From the roller coaster project I learned all about energy, newtons three laws and G-forces. These include inertia, friction, the law conversation of energy.

I liked how we used physics by building the roller coaster, it was a fun way of learning.

I would improve it by doing more research and going in roller coasters to bring more ideas and materials. I would also want design it differently next time.

Physics Project Reflection #2

The pros about having tape is that it holds things together. It is also not that easy to break apart and keeps our roller coaster stable. The cons about tape is that it does not always hold it's place, and is not very reusable. Too little energy has made our project process very hard to work with because we wouldn't have enough energy for the roller coaster to do as many loops as we would like. I feel good with our progress right now and our team is working very hard and keeping up with all the work. However, what has been frustrating to our group is that our roller coaster keeps falling down, and has been very hard to keep everything in place and stable. Something that has been very interesting is that as building our roller coaster we have realized that it takes a lot of hard work, patience and motivation getting the roller coaster for it to always work as you want it to be. From this we have learned that it doesn't always work on the first try and we have had to rebuild the coaster many times until it was perfect.

Physics Reflection #3

I feel very good with our progress, we have made a lot of progress this past week. However, some of our stuff has broke and we have had to spend some time fixing on it. Inertia has has made us able to make loops and hills on our roller coaster, changes in direction and speed. What has been a little frustrating is having the tape to stay in place. What has been going well is that we have had enough energy for our roller coaste to have many loops and hills.
